Refund policy

There are no refunds or cancelations on purchases.

Live Claims

Items claimed on live require a $20 deposit to open basket for live claims.  All balances are due within 2 hours of live ending or your order will be canceled; deposits are nonrefundable.

Processing Time

Beaded items, apparel, and drinkware : processing time is 7-10 business days. Any items ordered during a live will be shipped the next business day unless otherwise notified. Any custom order or large orders require a 14 - 30 day lead time or rush fee applies.  Rush fee determined by order. (Business days = Mon - Fri; excludes Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.

Custom order request: A deposit is required on any large orders or orders over $100. Deposit will be 50% of total due before order is initiated. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom handmade items.


Returns or Exchanges

Once your order is placed it will not be cancelled or refunded.  Items eligible for exchange are subject to approval. Items will only be exchanged if the item is defective; this does not include damage during shipping. To initiate an exchange, contact customer support at support@fabowcreations.com. If item is eligible for exchange, the item must be returned at customer expense and received before an item will be exchanged and shipped at no additional cost.


International and European Union 14 day cooling off period
We do not ship international. Shipping available only in the United States.


Refunds
No refunds; no exceptions. This includes any deposits made during live claim.
